Professionally managed by Azure-Properties, Footprints In the Sand Condo 1208W is located on the 12th floor in Calypso Tower 2. The age requirement to rent this condo is 25. You must register with The Calypso Towers Resort Community Association, for your parking passes before arrival ($60 per pass, limit 2).and they will contact you via email regarding this resort fee. The parking garage is directly across the street with unassigned spots and a walk-over is located on the 3rd floor. This condo sleeps 8
**Note: There is no access for vehicles considered "oversized". The maximum garage height is 6’10”. The clearance height leading from the first level ramp to the second level and above is 6’7”

Calypso Resort has 2 beach front, outdoor pools that are heated to 84-86 degrees year round, a poolside Tiki Bar & Grill, private beach access, seasonal beach sports/tour rentals (jet skis, dolphin tours, etc.), Fitness Center on the 3rd floor, and General Store. Located in the lobby, the General Store is a one-stop shop with all of your last-minute vacation needs! From sunscreen and bathing suits to souvenirs, clothing, and snacks, you’ll find almost anything you need!

Located steps away from Pier Park, you don't even need a car! When you're not taking advantage of a long walk on the beach or enjoying the sunsets from your balcony, you can walk across the street to dine and shop in over 150 stores and restaurants. You can take in a movie at the 16 theater Grand on rainy days, go next door to see the free concerts in the park all summer long, and fish off the new and improved extra-long Pier Park Pier. Yes. Beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and beach towels are provided in the condo for the guest to use.

*Note: Tropical storms and hurricanes are not uncommon from May through October. We do not refund, change dates or offer any concessions during extreme weather. Please plan accordingly and purchase travel insurance.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $175.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
