Sunchaser, Condo 1729 is located on the 17th floor at Shores of Panama Resort, with a reserved parking spot located on the 9th floor. The age requirement to rent this condo is 21.  There is a $105 on-site registration fee for parking passes and amenity armbands.

The 2 large master suite bedrooms both have king beds and an en-suite full bath. The main Master has the premium Purple Mattress sought after by many “mattress connoisseurs”. The bunk room has a custom twin/twin bunkbed & its own half bath, perfect for the kids! The spacious living room includes a queen pullout sofa which allows this condo to comfortably sleep 8. 

Stepping into the kitchen, you'll find granite countertops and all the large and small appliances you need to whip up a great meal.  There is seating for everyone at the kitchen bar and dining table, or take your morning coffee to your private wrap-around balcony and enjoy the views of the beach/ocean or tropical pool areas, your choice!  The living area is spacious, featuring plenty of seating, and has a smart TV, which is perfect for evenings inside. Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $175.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
