Condo 1131 is located on the 11th floor at Shores of Panama Resort, with a reserved parking spot located on the 11th floor.  The age requirement to rent this condo is 21.  There is an $115 registration fee on-site for parking passes and armbands.

"Salty Mermaids" is a Direct Beachfront 3BR/3BA condo with a huge wrap-around balcony overlooking the white sandy beach and clear emerald waters of the gulf. Features 2 king beds, 1 queen, a queen sleeper sofa, and a hideaway mattress. Sleeps 10.

The pool complex is one of the largest in all of Northwest Florida and features a hot tub, a tropical tiki bar with beachy cocktails, as well as an outdoor grill with tasty classics. There is also an indoor heated pool, hot tub, sauna, and gym.

This beautifully decorated. 1400 sq. ft. condo has a Mermaid Theme to match its name "The Salty Mermaids". Includes brand new wood-look tile flooring, crown molding, custom-made furniture, and decor. A must see!

Just walk right next door to Pineapple Willy's, Lorrie Morgan's Hot Chicken Coop or Waffle House! Walmart is also within walking distance!

You don't need a car. Uber or Lyft is always a great and reasonable choice here in PCB.  $35 min. to the airport for approx. $35 Uber/Lyft.

1) What type of coffee pot is in the condo?
    This condo has both a regular coffee maker & a Keurig coffee pot.

2 )Are beach chairs provided? Beach towels?
    Yes. Beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and beach towels are provided for the guest to use. 

Note: Tropical storms and hurricanes are not uncommon from May through October. We do not refund, change dates or offer any concessions during extreme weather. Please plan accordingly and purchase travel insurance.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $175.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
