Stepping into the kitchen, you'll find granite countertops and all the large and small appliances you need to whip up a great meal.  There is seating for everyone at the kitchen bar and dining table, or take your morning coffee to your private wrap-around balcony and enjoy the views of the beach/ocean or tropical pool areas, your choice!  The living area is spacious, featuring plenty of seating, and has a smart TV, which is perfect for evenings inside. You will love the new flooring throughout the condo, as well as the modern and updated furnishings. This unit also has a FULL sized Washer & Dryer for your convenience!

1) What type of coffee pot is in the condo?
    This condo has both a regular coffee maker & a Keurig coffee pot.

2 )Are beach chairs provided? Beach towels?
    Yes. Beach chairs, a beach umbrella, beach towels, and some beach toys are provided inside the condo for guests to use. The resort also has a "Take a toy, Leave a toy" bin by the poolside beach access gate.

*Note: Tropical storms and hurricanes are not uncommon from May through October. We do not refund, change dates or offer any concessions during extreme weather. Please plan accordingly and purchase travel insurance. 

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $175.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
