"Sea Le Vie" condo 2328 is located on the 23nd floor at Shores of Panama Resort, with a reserved parking spot located on the 12th floor. The age requirement to rent this condo is 21. There is an on-site $115 registration fee required by the resort for 10 beach-access armbands and 2 garage parking passes.

"Sea le Vie" is a beautifully decorated, direct beachfront, 3BR + Bunk/3BA condo, professionally managed by Azure-Properties. This condo is in one of the largest floorplans in Shores of Panama. Guests have plenty of room to spread out & relax!.

The spacious living area has comfortable furniture, a smart TV, and large windows to enjoy the views. The kitchen has all of the utensils and appliances you need to make breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is ample seating at the eat-in kitchen bar, and dining table for the whole family. You can have your morning coffee while enjoying the gorgeous views from the large windows, which allow for tons of natural light. End the day with a cocktail on the large balcony, watching the gorgeous sunset with family and friends.

The Master Bedroom has a King bed, en-suite, full bath with a tub/shower combo & a spectacular Gulf view. The first Guestroom has a King bed, en-suite full bath with tub/shower combo, and plenty of storage. The second Guestroom, has a Queen bed, and an attached full bath with a tub/shower combo. Yes. Beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and beach towels are provided for the guest to use.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $175.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
