Condo 301 is located on the 3rd floor at Shores of Panama Resort, with a reserved parking spot located on the 3rd floor.  The age requirement to rent this condo is 21.  There is a $105 registration fee on-site for parking passes and armbands.

"Sunset Beach Condo" is a large, beautifully decorated three bedroom, 3 bath, with the most desirable floor plan and the most prime location within the Shores of Panama Resort! Enjoy full view of sunset beaches off its large, wrap-around balcony! This beautifully decorated unit is located on the third floor, so no elevators are needed to get to the beach or pool! Plus, dedicated same-level garage parking!
