"Sol Surfing" is located on the 4th floor at Shores of Panama Resort, with a reserved parking spot located on the 4th floor. The age requirement to rent this condo is 21. There is a $90 on-site registration fee for parking passes and amenity armbands paid to the resort at check-in.
.**Note: There is no access for vehicles considered "oversized". The maximum height is 6 feet, 11 inches. Vehicles cannot exceed the normal length of 18 feet including hitches or any other attachments and a width of 8 feet, 6 inches.
Sol Surfing is a beautifully decorated, 2 bedroom + bunk, 2.5 bath, beachfront condo in the Shores of Panama Resort, professionally managed by Azure-Properties. Located in one of the best locations in the building- a front, inside corner on the 4th floor! The large wrap-around balcony offers a spectacular view of the Gulf, as well as overlooking the resort's tropical lagoon-style pool. The kitchen has all of the utensils and appliances you need to make breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is ample seating at the eat-in kitchen bar, and TV trays to eat while watching your favorite show. You can have your morning coffee while enjoying the gorgeous views from the HUGE windows, which allow for tons of natural light. Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $175.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
