The Anchor Holds, Condo 718 is located on the 7th floor at Shores of Panama Resort, with a reserved parking spot located on the 7th floor. The age requirement to rent this condo is 21.  There is a $105 registration fee on-site for parking passes and armbands.

"The Anchor Holds" is a newly remodeled, beautifully decorated condo perfectly located in the center of the resort at the Shores of Panama.  Amazing views and TONS of natural light in this condo.  From the modern kitchen to the new furnishings, you have everything you need.  

Step into the kitchen, featuring granite countertops and all the large and small appliances you need to whip up a great meal.  There is seating for everyone at the kitchen bar and dining table, or take your morning coffee to your private balcony and enjoy the views of the beach/ocean or tropical pool areas, your choice!  The living area is spacious, featuring THREE, oversized electric reclining chairs, and has a flat-screen TV, which is perfect for movie nights.  You will love the tile floors throughout the condo, as well as the modern and updated furnishings.

The Master bedroom has a King bed, its own flat-screen TV, and an en suite bathroom with a large vanity and a stand-up shower.  The Guest Room has a Queen bed, ample storage, and its own en suite bathroom as well with a walk-in shower.  The Bunk Room has twin/ twin beds and is perfect for the kids, with a door for privacy and its own 1/2 bathroom attached.  This unit also has a FULL sized Washer & Dryer for your convenience!

1) What type of coffee pot is in the condo?
    This condo has both a regular coffee maker & a Keurig coffee pot.

2 ) Are beach chairs provided? Beach towels?
    Yes. Beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and beach towels are provided for the guest to use. This condo also has a boogie board, sand toys, and swimming noodles for guests to use as well. 

Note: Tropical storms and hurricanes are not uncommon from May through October. We do not refund, change dates or offer any concessions during extreme weather. Please plan accordingly and purchase travel insurance. 

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $175.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
